Downloading digital purchases.

During purchase, there is no need to choose a file type. Upon purchase confirmation, you will have the option to download either (PDF or HTML) or (PDF or EPUB). Titles published prior to the standardization of formats to .epub, include the HTML and PDF. Titles published after the establishment of the .epub format, include PDF and EPUB formats. Once your payment confirmation is processed, your downloadable purchases are ready for delivery. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, which will include a linked download code. Click the link to access your download. Alternately, you may log into your account, and go to the "download" area. Paste your download code to access your file. If at any time, you have problems or experience errors in a download, please contact customer service.
